Natalia Gennaro Della Rossa, active and passive abdominal-pelvic exploration with full bladder and empty bladder, gynecological ultrasound, pelvic floor ultrasound and abdominal wall ultrasound. Detailed description of the injury(s) and treatment plan.
Preparation of clinical history, general musculoskeletal examination, inspection of the spine, abdomen, external genitalia, and gait, inspection of the vagina and uterine cervix through speculoscopy with apical corrector, vaginal mapping, active and passive examination of the pelvic floor and abdomen, transvaginal gynecological ultrasound, anatomical-functional ultrasound of the transperineal pelvic floor, and anatomical-functional ultrasound of the abdominal wall. Complete and detailed description of all anatomical-functional injuries. Treatment plan.
- Common Pathologies: vaginal hyperlaxity, pelvic floor aging, pelvic relaxation, pelvic hypertonus, genital prolapse, chronic pelvic pain, urinary and anal incontinence. Constipation. Anal incontinence. Recurrent chronic urinary tract infections, sexual disorders (vaginismus, loss of libido, decreased sensitivity to orgasm, delayed orgasm, pain with intercourse), post-surgical complications.
