What is an MRI?
MRI is a painless test that does not use x-rays and therefore does not emit radiation on the patient, as happens for example in a computerized tomography or in a conventional simple x-ray.
For some types of exploration, the use of contrast such as gadolinium is necessary, which is administered intravenously.
